What are your business hours?

Monday - Friday: 8:30 am – 4:30 pm; Saturday & Sunday: Closed.

Do you offer same-day sick appointments?

Yes. We offer same-day sick appointments to allow our patients to address their illnesses as quickly as possible. We recommend calling early as these do fill up quickly.

What is the cancellation policy?

Your appointment time has been reserved exclusively for you. Therefore, we require 24-hour notice for cancellations.

Do you complete school/camp forms?

We are happy to complete forms for school, camp, etc. The charge is $15 for physical forms, $20-$25 for other school forms, and $30 for FMLA paperwork.

What if I have a general medical question during business hours?

During business hours, we are happy to answer general questions over the phone. For more complex questions, please make an appointment so that we may evaluate your child and provide you with the most accurate information and the best care.

What about after-hours or urgent issues?

For after-hours advice, please contact your insurance company's nurse line. For urgent medical concerns, we recommend Banner Thunderbird Emergency Room, or Phoenix Children's Hospital Urgent Care or Emergency Room.

Who should I contact if the concern is for Dr. Hoff?

If you have a concern that needs to be addressed by Dr. Hoff, please call our office and follow the prompts to leave a message. This is ONLY for matters that cannot wait until regular business hours.
