Free Tool
Get more reviews from the front desk.
Most practices sit just under 4.0 not because patients are unhappy, but because only the unhappy ones think to leave a review. Paste your Google review link and we'll build a printable poster with a QR code that opens it — plus the texts and emails to ask with.
What you get
- A printable poster (PDF)
- US Letter, black and white so it prints cleanly on any office printer. “Loved your visit? Scan to leave a review”, a large QR code, and your practice name.
- A QR built from your own review link
- Use the “Ask for reviews” link and it opens the star rating and comment box directly, with nothing else to click.
- Four ready-made templates

How it works

- We turn the link into a QR code and lay out a print-ready poster.
- We email you the poster PDF plus four ready-made request templates.
Questions
Where do I get my review link?
Open your Google Business Profile, choose "Ask for reviews", and copy the link it gives you — it looks like g.page/r/…/review. That one opens the rating box directly, so it is the one worth using. A Maps listing, a Yelp page or your own booking page all work too — the QR encodes whatever link you paste.
I have several locations — can I do all of them?
Yes. Each location has its own Google listing and its own review link, so run the tool once per location and you'll get a separate poster for each.
Where does the QR code go?
Wherever your link points. Use the "Ask for reviews" link from your Google Business Profile and patients land straight on the star rating and comment box, with nothing else to click — that's the one worth using. A plain Maps link works too, but it drops them on your listing and they have to find the review button themselves.
Can I ask only happy patients?
No, and the templates deliberately don't. Screening patients by sentiment before showing them the review link is review gating, which breaks Google's policies and the FTC's rules on soliciting reviews. Every template asks everyone.
Why does crossing 4.0 matter?
It's a common cut-off for directory listings and badges, including ours — this directory only lists clinics rated above 4. Most practices sit just under it not because patients are unhappy but because only the unhappy ones think to leave a review unprompted. Asking everyone is what moves the average.
