What are the office hours?

Monday 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.; Tuesday–Thursday 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.; Friday 7:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.

Where is the clinic located?

Located at 1800 Zollinger Rd., Suite 1200, Columbus, OH 43221, in Upper Arlington at OSU Wexner Medical Center’s Outpatient Care facility.

Please be sure to bring a copy of your dental insurance card and a photo id.

If you do not have a copy of your dental insurance card, please have the policy holder's name, date of birth and social security number ready so that we may access your dental insurance information for you.

Please be prepared to make any co-payment at the time of service.

If you are a cash pay patient, please be prepared to pay for services in full. For your convenience, we accept cash and major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express) and any health savings account card (HSA/FSAs). Checks will be accepted for established patients only.

To cancel an appointment, what is required?

All dental appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours before their appointment time.

Is there emergency care available?

Yes, there is emergency dental care; however, walk-in emergencies or walk-in appointments are not accepted for the Upper Arlington clinic; see the provided emergency guidance for established vs new patients.
