About

Elite Spine and Sports Care of Totowa offers physical therapy with a manual therapy approach (including instrument-assisted techniques) focused on post-operative rehab, sports injuries, orthopedic and neurologic conditions, and general pain. While not a traditional massage therapy clinic, their services emphasize mobility, stability, therapeutic exercise, modalities, and manual therapy to improve function. Located in Totowa, NJ (two offices in Totowa), they position themselves as a holistic rehabilitation provider, potentially overlapping with massage for pain relief and mobility enhancement but primarily rooted in physical therapy and rehabilitation. If you’re specifically seeking massage therapy, consider confirming whether massage is offered as a standalone service or integrated within their manual therapy sessions. Contact: elitespinenj@gmail.com; phone numbers: (862) 239-1769 or 201-592-0881. Addresses: 351 Union Blvd, Totowa, NJ 07512.
