Common complaints

Concerns regarding bedside manner and lack of compassion from specific practitioner

"Ken Moss in 5 minutes figured out he had tendinitis in the back of his knee. Did acupuncture for ten minutes. Then told my son to run around the building two times. With tears in my sons eyes he said that he had no more pain. A total miracle."

— Birdeye user review

"Dr moss lacks compassion and shouldn't be in the wellness profession He is abrupt not caring and has total lack of a bedside manner."

— Yelp user review (via MapQuest)

"I have been experiencing pain for over a year. Doctors can’t seem to help me, but I’m experiencing almost total relief from the amazing acupuncturists here! The office is very spa like and the receptionists are so kind and welcoming!! If I could give them 100 stars I would!"
