FAQs

What sleep disorders do you diagnose and treat?

We diagnose and treat a variety of sleep disorders, including sleep apnea, insomnia and narcolepsy.

What sleep studies are involved in diagnosis?

The first step is usually a sleep study conducted at our center in a private, comfortable room where we monitor brain waves, eye and leg movements, heart rate and breathing patterns and oxygen levels. We also offer daytime studies with a series of nap sessions every two hours.

What happens after diagnosis?

We work with you and your doctor to create a personalized care plan using lifestyle changes and the latest treatments, including breathing devices, diet and exercise, medication and surgery.

What is CPAP and when is it used?

If diagnosed with sleep apnea, you may be offered a nasal continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) machine to keep airways open during sleep.

Common complaints
