Community Health Center of Central Wyoming (CHCCW) is a nonprofit, full-service medical practice based in Casper, WY, with eight offices across Wyoming (including Lander). Founded in 1999, CHCCW provides affordable, comprehensive care—family medicine, dental, women’s health, pediatrics, behavioral health, urgent care, and an in-house pharmacy. They serve patients of all ages and have recently become an authorized urgent care provider for eligible Veterans in Natrona and Fremont counties.
