What services does the Speech/Language Team provide?
The Speech/Language Team observes, screens and evaluates children from birth to age 21 as requested, provides services through RtI, consultation to classroom teachers/families, and/or weekly therapy sessions through an IEP for extended periods. Therapy areas include articulation/phonology, receptive and expressive language, voice, fluency, functional/social communication, and feeding/swallowing issues as needed. AAC/alternative communication training is available as warranted.
