What services does Huntington Chiropractic Center offer?

What if I have seen Dr. Geders in the past, but I have not been to the office recently. May I still schedule an appointment from time to time as needed?

Absolutely! As long as you are an established patient, you may call to schedule an appointment anytime in the future on an as needed basis.

I have a Health Savings Account (HSA) / flex plan, which I pay with a debit card for medical services. How do I receive reimbursement from my plan for your services?

There are two options:a. We can print a receipt that you can submit to your plan for reimbursement, or b. For a small fee, your plan may offer checks that draw directly from your HSA. Contact your plan for details.

Since my insurance will not be filed, what modes of payment do you accept?

Due to the cost of accepting and maintaining credit card services, we will no longer be accepting credit card payments as of February 1, 2025. We will accept checks or cash for services.

What if I experience a recurrence of symptoms that require ongoing care for a period of time which qualifies for insurance billing?

We will provide a referral to a chiropractor who will be able to treat your condition in a similar fashion, with the frequency that it requires, and who will file for those services that qualify with your insurance company. Once your health has been restored, we would be thrilled to have you return to our office to continue your wellness program or you may decide to remain with the chiropractor who treated your condition, whichever is in your best interest.

What if I should need an extra adjustment on a day that Dr. Geders is not scheduled to be in the office?

There will be a $15 surcharge for Dr. Geders to provide adjustments on days he is not scheduled to see patients.
