We primarily serve individuals in West Virginia or within a 50-mile radius, including those coming from active use, higher levels of care, or probation and parole referrals. All admissions begin with a confidential pre-assessment to ensure our program is the right fit.

We do not provide medical detox for alcohol or benzodiazepines on site. If detox is needed, we help coordinate appropriate medical detox before admission into our inpatient program.
