Hackensack Meridian Medical Group (HM Medical Group) is the healthcare network within Hackensack Meridian Health (HMH) that includes physician practices such as Hoboken Primary Care. HMH is a nonprofit hospital system formed in 2016 through the merger of Hackensack University Medical Center and Meridian Health, now the largest provider in New Jersey. The network offers expert care across locations, online scheduling and virtual visits, and patient bill pay, with affiliated teaching and research programs through the Hackensack Meridian School of Medicine.
