— PetInsuranceReview (Google Reviews)

"My dog needed a dental procedure and we dropped him off at 7:30 am and was told the doctor would call us as soon as the surgery was done... no one told us that the surgery would be in the afternoon and each time I called no one told me when it would be over... The customer service person told me I was rude and that calling five times was unnecessary."
