Do I need an appointment to visit a WellNow Urgent Care facility?
You are welcome to simply walk into any WellNow location. No appointment and no referral is required. Simply walk in or, if preferred, you can check in online at a WellNow center of your choice.
Do I need to bring anything with me when I visit?
Please bring your health insurance card (if you plan to use insurance), photo ID and a list of any current medications. We will make a copy for our files. If you have secondary insurance, bring that information as well and we will submit it on your behalf.
How can I know when I should go to an emergency room versus an urgent care or walk-in clinic?
WellNow treats non-life-threatening injuries and illnesses. In serious conditions or true emergencies call 911. Signs of a true emergency include severe pain and other serious symptoms.
