"First of all this place goes by two names, Pain physicians, NY and Pain Management. The ambiguity. Is I’m sure done on purpose to confuse the patient.. after booking an appointment in Rego Park, Queens I kept on getting confirmations for their location on Coney Island Avenue in Brooklyn!"
— Birdeye Review"The office staff is very rude... It is my 3rd time here... I am having severe pain and I was hoping to get help, was seen by a physician assistant. They send me downstairs to the surgical unit, where, to my suprise, my PPO insurance suddenly is not covering the procedure. Although it covers 100% on the 2nd floor (Same physician). Obviously, no one ever cared to tell me that."
— Vymaps Review"The staff is incredibly professional, kind, and genuinely cares about their patients. Another thing I appreciate is that they respect your time -- no long waits. Every visit I've had (more than a dozen) has been efficient, and I've always been in and out within an hour."
