What services are offered?

Chiropractic services, cryotherapy, functional/taping, rehabilitative/taping, functional training, massage therapy, SFMA, ART, acupuncture / dry needling.

How does the monthly chiropractic membership work?

Initial signup is a required minimum of three (3) months. Your monthly membership price ($119) will be automatically drafted from your debit or credit card each month entitling you to the membership benefits listed above, on or after your payment date.

What is the refund/roll-over policy for unused chiropractic package days?

If you do not use your chiropractic package for that month, it will NOT roll-over to the next month. Additional benefits such as Cryotherapy and discounted products/services do not roll-over.

What happens if holidays or office closures affect the membership period?

Months that contain holidays or office closures will not add additional days to the benefit period.

What are the cancellation terms for the membership or appointments?

You may cancel your appointment without charge if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment. Cancellations without 24 hour notice/No Call No Shows will result in a $40 charge for your session.

Can I terminate my membership contract early?

You may terminate your membership contract prior to 12 months. All cancellations require 30 days written notice or email and are effective within 10 business days after the 30 day notice period.

How are monthly chiropractic package payments processed?

Custom Chiropractic Package monthly payments are automatically debited from the member’s registered credit/debit card on the sign-up date and continue monthly for 12 months, or until termination.
