We were once scheduled for some mandatory progress evaluation on very short notice... we were told we no longer had an appointment because they are not allowed to do the evaluation within the same week as therapy, but nobody called us to tell us an error had been made... It was a complete waste of time and gas... and though I followed up on this promise [of a gas card] for months, we never did receive the gas card."
