We are out-of-network with all insurance plans. However, your insurance will still cover any required treatment and testing. As an out-of-network provider, we require payment of the consultation fee before your visit. We'll provide an itemized bill after the visit for reimbursement based on your out-of-network benefits. For Medicare patients, we are a non-participating provider for original Medicare; we do not accept Medicare Advantage. You will be responsible for paying in full at the time of your visit. We will submit the claim to Medicare for you, and you should receive reimbursement directly from Medicare or your secondary insurance. We follow Medicare's limiting charge rules and will not exceed the maximum allowed amount for services.
