FAQs

Do you accept new patients for concierge internal medicine?

Yes, the providers are accepting new patients.

What is Concierge Medicine and why do I need it?

Concierge Medicine, also known as Membership Medicine, is a long-standing form of medical practice where patients pay a monthly or annual membership fee and receive a personalized experience with a dedicated primary care provider. It arguably allows for the highest level of care quality and experience for the patient.

Do I still need health insurance if I have a NVFP membership?

Concierge medicine does not take the place of general health insurance coverage. We participate as in-network health providers for many commercial insurance plans. We are also a Participating Provider for Medicare.

I don’t need to see my physician very often. Do I still need to pay my annual fee even if I do not use your services?

Paying your annual fee allows you to be a member of our practice whether you are sick or well. Even if you’re hardly ever sick or injured, the concierge model of medicine still offers plenty of benefits. Having round-the-clock access to a dedicated primary care physician means you don’t need to worry in the event your health situation changes.
