- Clean and comfortable office environment
- Ability to accommodate multiple children in one visit
- Conservative treatment approach that prioritizes patient comfort over unnecessary procedures
Common complaints
- High cost of services and x-rays
- Difficulty with prescription policies for pain management
- Reported issues with appointment scheduling and administrative processes
- Concerns regarding quality of care in some instances
"The dentist is professional and thorough. I really appreciate the conservative approach taken rather than rushing into unnecessary procedures. The staff is sweet and welcoming."
— Google/Online directory reviews"It's expensive. If you go in for x-rays and you decide you need an oral surgeon, you pay through the nose and they keep the x-rays. So beware. Also, if you're in pain, they won't prescribe anything so you have to endure the pain for a week until your appointment for extraction."
